This is an Indonesian instant spice mix for preparing Javanese yellow curry (kare), in sachets of approximately 36g, equivalent to four servings.
🌿 Main Ingredients
Contains natural ingredients with no artificial additives: Shallot or onion (approx. 38–46%), salt and palm oil, garlic, turmeric, white pepper, coriander, ginger, galangal, cumin
🍲 Preparation
1. Cook meat (chicken, lamb, or beef) or vegetables in water (about 30 minutes).
2. Add the seasoning and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
3. Stir in 200–400ml of coconut milk and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot with rice.
